How long does it take to process an order?

We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Order processing includes verification, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders are cancelable for 24 hours or until shipped, whichever comes first.

What are the available shipping methods?

Cascade Industrial uses FedEx, UPS, DHL as well as truck freight (LTL). During the checkout process all available shipping options to the delivery address you specify will be displayed. There are a few exceptions for larger items that may require freight shipment. Cascade Industrial is unable to offer customers their own choice of shipping company or allow them to use their own shipping accounts for orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer several shipping methods for domestic and international orders, including standard shipping, express shipping, and overnight shipping. However, we currently do not ship to certain international locations. During the checkout process, restricted countries will be excluded from the available selection options.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

Are the delivery times guaranteed?

For stock items the delivery times listed come directly from the carriers being listed. Delivery times for special order products are based on manufacturer estimates and while usually accurate, they are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures, and carrier delays may affect the actual delivery time.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of your order. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or lost during transit?

We take great care in packaging and handling your orders to minimize the risk of damage during transit. In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please have the delivery courier note the damage and contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes for international orders?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations and import duties before placing an order.
